Furthermore, all accounts operate under a private community feedback loop to ensure absolute peer-to-peer accountability.
To sustain our secure calendar directory and verification infrastructure, approved members contribute a flat annual subscription of S$380. Guests never pay for stays; they simply offset localized cost-recovery expenses (such as professional cleaning and direct utility usage) directly to the host's local staff.
Our circle operates on an unconditional “Honesty Rule.” In the rare event of standard incidentals, guests are expected to directly replace the item or cover restoration costs prior to departure.
